Accurate Concrete Forming, headquartered in Watertown, Minnesota, recently took delivery of a set of 9’ B.E.P. BIG PANELS with custom features to enhance its poured wall business. Owner, David Newman, wanted an easy way to climb up and down his B.E.P. forms in order to pour concrete, and he wanted to be able to flip down his specially designed lifting hooks. David needed it, so we designed it: a handle-ladder configuration that he reports works just great! Make plans to see B.E.P. at the upcoming Summer Meeting of the Concrete Foundations Association (CFA), July 19-22, 2006 in the Wisconsin Dells!
CFA’s 2006 Summer Meeting will be held July 19 to July 22 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. B.E.P. will have an indoor booth at the tradeshow/reception Thursday evening. On Friday, we will have an outdoor booth featuring samples of all our products, including the new System-H, and will be part of the featured pour demonstration with THERMOMASS (see below). With a great line-up of seminars and round-table discussions on the latest issues affecting concrete contractors and the evening tradeshow/reception, there will be plenty of fun for you or your entire family! Also at the CFA Summer meeting you’ll have two opportunities to become a Certified THERMOMASS Installer. The THERMOMASS Certification Days for Poured-In-Place (PIP) contractors is your best opportunity to join a select group of trained and qualified contractors authorized to use the THERMOMASS Building Insulation System for residential applications. Wednesday, July 19 (8:00am to 12:00pm) or Friday, July 21 (2:00pm to 5:00pm, which includes a pour demonstration using B.E.P. Forming Systems).
